In The Studio

Told you all I'd put up some pictures once I really got into the studio and started painting more. :) I love this space, since I'm using part of my garage there is a whole open wall and lots of natural light. Granted the space currently only works when the weather is good but as we're in late summer moving towards fall I've got a few months before moving in doors. And since fall is my absolute favorite ~ I feel so inspired this time of year, it's when I paint the most anyway. I also tend to do more readings and write more blogs and poetry lol. I'll be writing late into the night without even realizing the time so often this time of year. Something in the air or stars, an energy so specific to August, September, October, November for me. I sometimes wish I could figure out how to carry this burst of creative energy all through the year... but then perhaps it wouldn't be quite so exciting when the vibe kicks in like this. March, April & June I also tend to create like crazy too, maybe it's just because it's so lovely at those times of years to be out doors. Or maybe it's because in the hottest months of summer I'm out and about and on the go more, and through the coldest months of winter I'm cozy inside with my family relaxing a ton. Who knows really what it is, but whatever reason I get inspired like this, at just this time, every year ~ I'll take it. :D
