Painting With Mom

Fun day of painting while my Mom hung out with me. She watched me paint and helped me experiment with techniques to create a really large painting! She also photographed me as I worked and I love having these in studio images! We worked on the smaller piece in greens then the larger in pinks and purples. Although I did all the painting my mom was with me giving input all along and enjoying seeing the way all the little details come together. My mom is a talented professional artist and has a wonderful career in the arts. I have mostly painted for fun, friends and my own enjoyment along with a few commissions and exhibits I've never painted for a living. I do hope to do more with my art in the future of course but I'm having fun along the way and this was a very special day.
