While Writing

I’ve spent this whole week going through a ton of my writing and updating this website. I don’t think I’d updated my bio in years. So much has changed in my life and I’ve grown and learned a ton these past few years. In the process of looking through my writing archives I found these pictures I took on my computer while working on poetry for my book “We are the Artists” that I published in 2016. I mostly love to write laying down, I hate sitting for too long at a desk lol. I took these shots while working, there’s another pic someone took of me writing on the couch, the last pic of me in this set is I took of myself on Tuesday of this week, headphones in, listening to music and actually sitting at my desk working on my website. I’m still editing my site so if you pop over there you may see typos and stuff #perpetualworkinprogress ;)
I have a habit of posting then editing my writing after I’ve already made my work public because I’m impulsive like that. When I published my art and poetry book I published it 3 months before the final edits were done, not my best moment lol. I learned a lot with that first project though and am working on another book that I will definitely complete before I publish so it could take a while. ;)
