We go round

Then back again
Out or in
We meet in circles
Spin in time
Face to face
Across the line
You’ve drawn yours
And I draw mine
Then round we go

Back forward
In time
Lines in the sand
Washed by waves
Passing hours
Passing days
Life unplanned
(Or choices we made)
And the circle spins
Cycles begin
Then end again
We turn
Return
Face to face
Hours to days
No lose no win
Neither all the way out
Or all the way in
Round we go
And back again.

On my walk today
It’s been a while since I’ve photographed a rusty old car happened to have my iPhone 6 with me on the walk not my 12 lol so this reminds me of the hundreds of rust photos I took with my iPhone 4. I love the dark circle with the rusty pieces in it. My art has also often inspired my poetry, I like the way this whole work came together. It’s a shame it’s 1am and no one will see it lol. Goodnight
