Take me to the place where the world ends with us

spins with us
in colors of night
no light
just shades of black
and gray
with a touch of midnight
blue
and you 
are reaching towards me
dipping your touch in the color of night
to paint me
with symmetry
and your eyes 
are the only bright light
that I have ever seen
in my world of dark
and black
and lost
as they look
so intently into me
beneath
those heavy lids
of yours
as you sink within
the place where night ends
and begins again
